About Virtual Consultations

Step 1 – Read these terms
I understand that I am submitting my immigration question to a licensed Immigration Attorney for the purpose of obtaining a written legal advice from the Law Office of LaToya N. McBean.
I understand that an Attorney-Client relationship is created only for a limited period and only for the purpose of obtaining a written legal response from the Attorney about the concern that I am submitting today.
The Attorney-Client relationship will end or terminate upon the conclusion of my Virtual Consultation with the Attorney.
The information that I communicate to the Attorney is strictly confidential and protected from disclosure. The information will not be shared with anyone without my prior approval, unless required by law or the rules of professional conduct.
The Attorney has no further obligation to represent me or provide legal counsel after sending me a written legal response to the question that I am submitting today.
I further understand that if my legal question is complex or requires additional research, the Attorney shall communicate this to me and additional fees and/or a Telephone or Skype Consultation may be required to answer my legal question.
The Attorney is not retained for any other service on my behalf, other than to provide a written response to the question that I submit today. Attorney shall use due diligence and competence in furthering my best interests under the law.
I agree to provide genuine and truthful information to the Attorney as I draft my immigration question.
